Turkey Salad
Stonewood Farm Turkey Salad
Serves 6-8
1 pound of Stonewood Farm Turkey Sausage, cooked
¾ head of iceberg lettuce (or your favorite leaf), shredded
2 cups shredded cheese (Vermont Cheddar)
¼ cup shredded carrots
¼ cup thin sliced red bell pepper
Dressing
6 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp red wine vinegar
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper
or
Talco salsa (mix with turkey sausage),
Catalina Salad Dressing,
Ranch Salad Dressing
