Stonewood Farm Turkey Burger
1 pound of Stonewood Farm Ground Turkey (thawed over night)
1 small-size zucchini grated
1 cup of shredded cheese (Italian five)
¼ cup of fine chopped fresh basil
½ tsp minced onions
1 tsp Italian seasoning (salt-free)
¼ tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp olive oil
Preheat grill or broiler (a good fry pan will works as well).
In a large bowl, combine zucchini, cheese, basil, onion, Italian seasoning, salt and olive oil.
Mix well and add Stonewood Farm Ground Turkey, mix thoroughly.
Divided mixture into 4 or 5 burgers.
Grill or broil for 6 minutes on each side, or until burger register 170°F on meat thermometer.
Place on buns, enjoy with lettuce and sliced tomato
